The Challenge
Off Market Collection introduces prime Essex homes to qualified buyers before they ever reach the portals. Sellers in this bracket refuse public listings, so the usual estate agency playbook (portals, boards, open listings) was off the table by definition.
The brand needed a presence discreet enough for those sellers, credible enough for buyers leaving the London market, and lean enough to run with no CMS, no database, and no backend at all.
What We Built
We designed a dark, cinematic single-page brand site: serif display type, champagne gold accents, a full-bleed hero film, and a snap-scrolling collection of representative homes with a strict rule that nothing synthetic is ever presented as a live listing.
Enquiries hand off to WhatsApp Business, pre-filled from a discreet form, with conversion events fired on both the form and direct paths. Technical SEO targets the off-market long tail: FAQ schema mirrored to on-page copy, RealEstateAgent structured data, Search Console verification, and a real sitemap.
Every change is reviewed on a private staging server before anything reaches production, so the owner signs off visually without touching code.
