Using this site

You may browse the site, read its content and use its tools for your own business purposes. Do not attempt to gain access to areas or accounts that are not yours, interfere with the site or its services, or use automated tools to scrape it at a rate a person would not. We may withdraw or change any part of the site at any time.

Pricing and content

We publish our pricing so you know what things cost before you invest your time. Published tiers, price bands and the figures in case studies are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown, but they are information, not an offer. A price becomes binding only when it is set out in a written quote for your project and you accept it.

Case studies describe work we have delivered. Results quoted for one client depend on that client's circumstances and are not a promise of the same for yours.

The free tools

Plan a project produces a written brief and an indicative price band from the published tiers. The band is a guide for you, not a quote, and it never stands in for the scoping conversation.

The free AI audit is a no-obligation conversation. It is our honest view on whether bespoke tooling would help you, and it may be that it would not.

The chat assistant generates its replies with an AI model. It can be wrong, and nothing it says is advice or a commitment on our part. Do not put confidential information into it. How we handle what you type is in the privacy notice.

The client area

Clients sign in to the client area with a link sent to their email address. Treat those links and the pages behind them as confidential to your organisation: anyone with the link can act as you until it expires. Tell us straight away if you think access has been shared beyond your team, and we will revoke it.

How project work is agreed

No project starts on the strength of this website. Every engagement follows the same order: a scoping conversation, a written scope, a fixed quote, and your acceptance in writing. The scope and quote, together with any agreement we both sign, are the terms of that project. Where they differ from this page, they win.

Unless that agreement says otherwise, you own the software we build for you on full payment: source code, deployed to accounts in your name, with no licence fee and no lock-in. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, components and know-how that are not specific to your business.

Our content

The text, design, brand and code of this site belong to Appening Now Limited or are used with permission. Client names, marks and testimonials appear with their consent and remain theirs. You may quote from the site with attribution; you may not present its content as your own.

Liability

The site and its free tools are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they are uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information or tools on this site outside a written project agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
