The Challenge
KOZMIC Recruitment's sales pipeline was managed across a mix of spreadsheets and Notion. Each consultant tracked deals differently, there was no shared view of pipeline health, and revenue forecasting was a monthly exercise in guesswork. Management had no visibility on deal velocity — where deals stalled, how long each stage took, or which consultants were closing.
The lack of a central system meant duplicated effort, missed follow-ups, and revenue surprises at the end of every month.
What We Built
We built a bespoke CRM and pipeline dashboard purpose-built for KOZMIC's sales workflow. The system features customisable pipeline stages, drag-and-drop deal management, and real-time revenue tracking tied to each deal's stage and probability.
Activity logging captures every touchpoint — calls, emails, meetings — against each deal, giving management a complete picture without chasing consultants for updates. Revenue forecasting updates automatically as deals progress, broken down by consultant, month, and quarter.
